I stayed for a business trip and was greeted by the niceness of John! Not only did I have a great stay, John made sure I had everything I needed. Amazing room, great view from the 7th floor, and everything you'd need right there. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice rooms though It would be nice to have one large burner on cooktop. Access to hiway and shopping. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Great, spacious rooms that are clean and have everything you need. Well situated for company meetings and near plenty of food and shopping venues. Quick shot to the highway also!

This hotel is a win all around. The building is super clean, smells fresh and new every time you walk in. Kameelah and Jonathan at the front desk are friendly and super efficient. The breakfast here is actually good! I have stayed here on various occasions. I really haven't see anything they need to improve upon. I definitely recommend this hotel. Great experience all around!

I want to tell you about the phenomenal and caring service I received from the staff at the Residence Inn Dunwoody.  I will start in order of appearance, so to speak. John - I have been staying at this location since 2024, and from my first stay, he has been cordial and helpful. I think he may have just started working there in 2024. He has remembered my name and face every time I have stayed there. John accommodated my room requests, and we even discussed at length the "added layer of security that Residence Inn Dunwoody provides to guests by ensuring the use of your key to open the door after sunset." Jarmony - I checked in late in the evening (close to John's and her shift change), and Jarmony was pleasant and ready to work. Though John was leaving for the night, Jarmony asked if there was anything she could do for me before I turned in for the night. When I returned in the morning for breakfast, she was still upbeat and alert, greeting everyone who walked past with a warm smile. Elcy - I met Elcy during the complimentary breakfast, and the fantastic service continued. She ensured I had everything I needed during breakfast, as she did with every guest. She was attentive and made sure the food was fresh and refilled. She was also kind enough to speak to me (as I was practicing) in Spanish. I am not fluent yet. We laugh at the fact that I learned by watching novelas on Univision and Telemundo, as well as some in school. Alejandra - I did not have the pleasure of speaking with her directly; she was busy preparing food in the kitchen at the time. I do want to mention that everything I ate was cooked perfectly. From eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, and the grits (most impressive), I enjoyed every bite. Kameelah - After finishing breakfast, I asked Kameelah who the manager was there. She stated that she was a supervisor and offered to help if needed. I appreciated her taking the initiative and wanting to address any concerns I might have. This indicates a level of professionalism that seems to be lost in other businesses. There was no handover to the next person, or just providing me with the manager's name without inquiring further. Kameelah wanted to handle any issue that arose.  I explained to her that there was no issue; I just wanted to let the manager, the district manager, and/or the regional manager know how satisfied I was with my stay. The professionalism, consistency, and personal interaction I have received here make this my preferred hotel. I don't feel like preferred even explains it. I insist on staying here. I realize this was lengthy, but I wanted to show the care and character of the staff I encountered at the Residence Inn Dunwoody. Please ensure they are acknowledged, recognized, and appropriately compensated for the dynamic job that they do.

The hotel is a great example of people making a place special! The hotel is clean and quite, the rooms are clean. The location is amazing, you have everything around you from a publix great restaurants, during Halloween you have a spirit of Halloween and so on. However, the biggest positive point about the hotel is the fantastic team! All of the staff are friendly and exude genuine, authentic hospitality. While we were there, the team also celebrated a birthday or similar occasion, which speaks volumes about what a great team they are. They just have fun working there!

To the entire staff at this location for your amazing hard work day to day. Everyone I encountered that work here was outstanding. The hotel detail of cleanliness and superior customer service. After weeks of travel, it’s amazing how much you appreciate the simple things done well—and that’s exactly what we found at the Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center/Dunwoody. This stay gave us everything we needed: a nice, clean, and quiet room where we could fully relax and recharge. The layout was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was tidy and well-kept—no surprises, just solid quality. What really stood out, though, was the front desk service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating the kind of warm, easygoing atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way, especially when you’ve been bouncing from place to place. If you’re in the Atlanta area and want a peaceful place to stay that’s convenient, clean, and staffed by folks who actually seem happy to see you walk through the door, this Residence Inn is a great choice.
